Product Performance Expert - 4208Area of Employment

• Provide support to customers in terms of practical solutions based on their targets;
• Provide support to Product Application & Technical Service groups through a wider understanding of the customer targets and limitations
• Lead product complain investigations which involve cross department or in-depth studies using "root cause analysis"; Expand troubleshooting techniques through the use of Six sigma
  
• Work closely with VP Liaisons of Fabrics Rolls System, Project and Commissioning engineers through the start-up phase new paper machines to ensure FRS Customer satisfaction
  
• Develop new ideas for services with the focus on energy savings, environmental, Integrated System Solution and value added
• Coordinate the activities of Voith Paper Applied Technologies with the relevant Applications groups; Initiate and implement new Integrated Service Solutions

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Diploma Paper Making
• At least 5 years of working experience in the paper industry is required for this position
• Have technical knowledge in the paper making process, operations, and production
• Experience in troubleshooting through the papermaking process
• Good at communication skill and teamwork, both with customers and with other related departments
• Willing to travel and open to global culture; Fluent in English (written and spoken) and proficient in MS Office
